Recipe Curry Goat

Here is a simple recipe for Recipe Curry Goat that can be served alongside your favorite vegetable if desired or with rice.

Recipe Curry Goat

Recipe Curry Goat is just as it sounds, it is goat meat that has been simmered in it’s own juices and spices till all the liquids have evaporated and is served dry. You can always add more water to the pot and serve it with some broth if desired as well.

I just love goat meat, it is a lean meat and it is packed full of flavor and protein.

The trick however to cooking goat meat is to simmer in on low heat for well over one hour, ideally two.

As it is a tougher meat and needs that time to make it delicious!
