EASY CURRY RECIPE PANEER

- Start by dicing your panner into bite sized pieces for cooking
- In a large skillet add 1/2 cup of cooking oil and sauté the panner till slightly browned.
- Meanwhile, in a small blender add in 5 medium tomatoes, 10 cashews, 1 onion, fresh garlic and ginger and blend till smooth.
- Then in a medium pot add the remaining oil from the cooked panner along with all the spices and sauté over medium heat till fragrant.
- Add in the contents from the blender along with the cream and cooked panner and simmer covered all together over medium heat for 25 minutes till cooked.
- Serve with naan bread or basmati rice
