EASY CURRY RECIPE PANEER

  • Start by dicing your panner into bite sized pieces for cooking
  • In a large skillet add 1/2 cup of cooking oil and sauté the panner till slightly browned.
  • Meanwhile, in a small blender add in 5 medium tomatoes, 10 cashews, 1 onion, fresh garlic and ginger and blend till smooth.
  • Then in a medium pot add the remaining oil from the cooked panner along with all the spices and sauté over medium heat till fragrant.
  • Add in the contents from the blender along with the cream and cooked panner and simmer covered all together over medium heat for 25 minutes till cooked.
  • Serve with naan bread or basmati rice

  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 2 tbsp of MDH panner spices
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground garlic
  • 5 roma tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro
